Keep Your Dog Young-at-Heart with Physical & Mental Fitness
Dog sports are more than just ribbons and trophies at The Canine Ranch. Whether competing, burning energy, or just having fun, your dog deserves an active life.
Competition Ready
Trained by the best, many of our dogs win awards in national competitions each year. If your dog loves the sport, we can get you ready to compete.
Physically & Mentally Fit
Every mind and body needs a regular challenge in order to stay healthy and fit. Sports keep your dog moving mind, body, and spirit.
Bonded for Life
Teamwork between dog and companion is key for most dog sports. Reach a new level of connection with your best friend while working together.
The bond with a dog is as lasting as the ties of this earth can ever be.

Call
We treat every pup like family. Before your first visit, we want to get to know you! Every dog has a unique personality and needs. We're all about giving our clients special treatment. That's why we get to know you, so we can recommend sports you'll both adore.
Puppy Profile
We spend about 20 minutes with you, putting your pup's profile together. We like to get all the details on your dog's preferences, behaviors, dietary restrictions, and medical needs.

Wear Them out with Fun, and They'll Come Begging for More
Over 11 Acres of Doggie Wonderland
If you're looking to win or try a new adventure, you can experience all the fun things we have to offer.
Agility
Agility is a popular sport that focuses on teamwork between you and your dog to navigate an obstacle course. Obstacles that dogs traverse may include tables, teeter-totters, A-frames, dog walks, weave poles, jumps, tunnels, and tires.
Nose Work
Nose Work is a new, yet rapidly growing, dog sport based on scent detection. The essential oils of birch, clove, and anise are used to test your dog’s ability to find specific odors. Nose Work is an extreme mental workout for your dog, who uses more of their brain working scent pictures than we do on human vision!
Frisbee
Frisbee is a fun sport for any dog that likes to chase objects, and if your dog likes a tennis ball, it’s even easier to transition to a Frisbee.
Rally Obedience
Rally Obedience is a popular dog sport based on traditional obedience competition with a fun twist! It's a great way to challenge yourself and your dog while practicing your obedience commands.
Dock Diving
Teach your dog to run off of a 40 foot dock and catch their favorite toy in our pool. In competition, the goal is to have the longest jump possible, which can be up to 30 ft for experienced divers.
Competition Obedience
Competition Obedience is exactly what you would imagine - obedient and well trained dogs having their abilities tested. Obedience was the very first dog sport and is the foundation for all other dog sports that many people enjoy with their dogs today.
Lure Coursing
Sometimes we teach our dogs that we don't like it when they run, chase and bite at things, but what if we could offer them an opportunity to release that natural instinct safely? That's one of the great things about lure coursing - it allows your dog to do something they like to do naturally! We offer Monthly Lure Happy Hours. Please check our calendar for dates and times.
